Our experienced presence in the real estate industry dates back to 1963, when High Realty Company was formed and the first building was built and leased at what is now Greenfield Corporate Center. Subsequently, High Associates Ltd. was established in 1980 to develop, sell, lease and manage commercial and industrial real estate.
Since that time, we’ve steadily grown in the depth and breadth of our services by focusing on providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants and always striving to exceed expectations. Our real estate product types go beyond office and industrial, to include multi-family residential and retail properties. In doing so, High Associates grew from having one centralized presence in Lancaster, Pa., to having 24 office and property locations throughout the eastern U.S. Today, we manage more than eight million square feet of commercial and industrial space that includes several major corporate centers and other properties including seven apartment communities offering nearly 2,000 upscale garden apartments and townhomes.
