Eric M. Lehmayer, MAI, MRICS, LEED AP, Director of Appraisal Services, is responsible for providing consultative, valuation, and real estate tax assessment appeal services to his clients that include corporations, municipalities, public and private institutions, and individual property owners.
A 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Lehmayer holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is a LEED AP, and is state certified as a general appraiser in Pennsylvania. Mr. Lehmayer has testified in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Lancaster County Board of View, and in numerous Boards of Assessment Appeal. He has served as president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed real estate instructor.
In July, 2011, Mr. Lehmayer was appointed by Governor Corbett and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate to serve a four-year term on the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.
Mr. Lehmayer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The American University. He is active in various community activities and is the chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board of Spring Garden Township, York, Pa.
