 
Beverly J. Vorhees, Regional Manager and Broker for High
Associates’ Florida Region, is responsible for managing the Parkland Center
portfolio. Ms. Vorhees also manages new construction and commercial
development projects in the Sarasota/Manatee market. A twenty-year veteran
of High Associates, an Accredited Management Organization, Ms. Vorhees has
provided guidance and expertise to many customers seeking advice on their
real estate projects.
Ms. Vorhees entered the real
estate industry in 1984 managing a diverse selection of multifamily developments
from construction through lease-up. Additionally, she is involved with numerous
rehabilitation projects providing her with valuable knowledge of the
construction process and management expertise.
Ms. Vorhees is a candidate
for the Certified Property Manager designation of the Institute of Real Estate
Management and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. She is a member of the
Manatee Economic Development Council and has served as Chairperson of the
Existing Industry Committee. She is a Board Member and Secretary of Parkland
Center Owners Association, and is a member of the Manatee Board of Realtors, the
Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the
Institute of Real Estate Management.
Ms. Vorhees has served on
numerous industry and community boards throughout her career.
