Prior to joining the High Associates, Mr. Kurtz was employed by Prudential Homesale Services Group Residential Division. He began his career in real estate in 2001 and with High Associates in January 2011. Jeff is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

Mr. Kurtz attended William Paterson College located in Wayne, New Jersey. Jeff played on two championship baseball teams during that time, one of which finished their season by playing in the Division III College Baseball World Series in 1985.

Mr. Kurtz is active in the community including serving on the Board of Directors for the Manheim Township Baseball & Softball Association, Manheim Township High School baseball Dugout Club and as a coach at both the high school and Little League levels. Jeff is a member at Highland Presbyterian Church and is active with the sports ministry. He was instrumental in Highland’s partnership with First United Methodist Church to bring the Upward Youth Ministry program to Highland through an organized basketball league.

Mr. Kurtz enjoys participating in all sports and most enjoys when he can involve his family to play or watch a live game together. Jeff lives with his wife Marie, three sons, Brandon, Logan and Nicholas, and his daughter Grace in Manheim Township.
