 
Jim Wentz, Commercial/Industrial Realtor, leases and sells a
wide range of industrial, office, and retail property, including vacant
land. Mr. Wentz represents users of commercial and industrial real estate,
including buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. Additionally, his
commercial real estate practice is representing the High Real Estate Group
LLC portfolio.
Mr. Wentz holds the
professional designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and
delivers prompt professional real estate service whether working on a $20M or
$500,000 transaction.
Mr. Wentz served in the
military and graduated from the University of Missouri, and began his real
estate career in 1973. He is past president of the Lancaster County Association
of Realtors and a charter member of the Commercial and Industrial Realtors
Council. He was named Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2000 as recognition for
his achievement within the field of commercial and industrial real estate and
for outstanding service and contribution to the profession.
Mr. Wentz has served on the
East Lampeter Sewer Authority, the Downtown Lancaster Improvement Committee and
is a charter member and past president of the Lancaster Sunrise Rotary Club. He
enjoys bicycle riding for exercise and pleasure throughout scenic Lancaster
County.
