William R. A. Boben, III is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates. As an associate broker, Mr. Boben participates in a wide variety of commercial brokerage transactions. His primary focus is sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, with vast experience in the health care arena. 

Mr. Boben graduated from Hamilton College in 1985 and received a Masters Degree in Sports Management from the University of Richmond in 1990. He began with High Associates in January 1996, received the professional CCIM designation in 1997 and the SIOR designation in 2005.

Mr. Boben is on the Board of the Lancaster Family YMCA, and the president of the Commercial & Industrial Council for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, and the Lancaster Family YMCA. He is a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club and the First Presbyterian Church.
