William R. A. Boben, III is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates. As an associate broker, Mr. Boben participates in a wide variety of commercial brokerage transactions. His primary focus is sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, with vast experience in the health care arena.

Mr. Boben graduated from Hamilton College in 1985 and received a Masters Degree in Sports Management from the University of Richmond in 1990. He began with High Associates in January 1996, received the professional CCIM designation in 1997 and the SIOR (Society of Industries and Office Realtors) designation in 2005.

Mr. Boben is Board Chairperson for the Lancaster Family YMCA, and past president of the Commercial & Industrial Council for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club, the First Presbyterian Church and coaches girls’ soccer.

Mr. Boben also served on many past boards and association assignments with a strong belief in giving back to the community.
