Denise has been a commercial/ industrial real estate specialist in Pennsylvania since 2003. She joined the brokerage firm of High Associates in 2008 and is located in their Mechanicsburg office.

Education and career background:

Denise earned her B.S. in Aeronautics with her pilot's license while attending Hawthorne College in N.H. She started her flying career as a flight instructor in Princeton N.J. She went on from there to fly for a major airline in 1990 as a commercial pilot. It was that position which brought her to the central Pennsylvania region.

Real estate overview:

Denise's commercial real estate experience includes industrial warehousing, retail, office and land acquisitions. She represents buyers, sellers and tenants in their real estate transactions. With a focus in retail, she has represented companies such as: Dollar General, Quizno's, Jumbo Buffet and Lumber Liquidators. Land development and acquisitions are a major portion of Denise's business. With site selection for developers and retailers, along with her involvement in the entitlement and permitting process; Denise brings a broad range of experience to her clients. This experience allows her to assist those clients and advise them through the long and often challenging land development deals.

Another area she focuses on is representing clients who purchase personal investments such as office, retail, and warehouse properties. Whether the client is looking to occupy the building or find an investment property to generate a cash flow, Denise applies her technical skills and attention to detail to every transaction to represent her client's best interest.

Denise stays involved and current in the industry and the business community through her various memberships which include: ICI-Industrial/Commercial/Investment, PAR-Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, ICSC-International Counsel of Shopping Centers, West Shore Chamber of Commerce, and York Chamber of Commerce.
