Ruth M. Devenney, Associate Broker, is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates' Lancaster, Pennsylvania office since 1985. Using her extensive knowledge of land development, design, construction, 1031 exchanges, sales and leasing, and contract negotiations, Ms. Devenney represents many corporate clients. In her professional career, she has handled countless brokerage, construction and full-service transactions, including numerous build-to-suit projects.

Ms. Devenney has a Bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
