Ruth M. Devenney, Associate Broker, has been a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates' Lancaster, Pennsylvania office since 1985. Using her extensive knowledge of land development, design, construction, 1031 exchange, sales and leasing, and contract negotiations, she represents many corporate clients in full-service transactions, including build-to-suit-to-own or lease from the ground up.

Serving an ever-growing portfolio of repeat businesses, Ms. Devenney has earned a reputation as a site selection specialist and enjoys the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Her customer base reads like a Who's Who of business in Central Pennsylvania. Ms. Devenney's annual dollar value is between $12 - $17 million.

Ms. Devenney has a Bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and is active in the real estate industry and in her home town of Lititz, Pennsylvania.
