C. Jeffrey Herr, REALTOR® at High Associates' Lancaster, Pa. office, is responsible for commercial/industrial brokerage and leasing, as well as retail development. He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants of commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Herr also participates in servicing the High portfolio's nearly six million square feet of industrial/commercial properties.

Mr. Herr began his real estate career in 1991 and has sold property throughout Pennsylvania. He joined High Associates in 2000.

Serving on the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Lancaster County and The Land Acquisition Committee of The Lancaster County Conservancy, Mr. Herr is a Rotarian and an active member of his church.

Mr. Herr was instrumental in developing the first Target store in Lancaster County, as well as the first Sonic Drive-In restaurant. Some of his office clients include IBM, Comcast, and the Federal Government. He has also developed the Lancaster Stockyard office park, Greenleaf Estates residential community, as well as other retail and residential projects.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mr. Herr holds a B.S. degree in Education from Millersville University and a Masters degree in Education from Temple University.
