Ms. Means joined the Harrisburg regional office of High Associates,
Ltd. in 2000, after working in various real estate disciplines
since 1982. In her previous position as Director of Development
Services at Harristown Development Corporation, she managed the
development and construction of various projects, performed a
key role in the marketing and research of strategic planning for
the firm’s future projects, as well as leasing office and retail
space for the firm.

Ms. Means is also an exclusive listing agent for PinnacleHealth
Systems. In this role, she handles the leasing
of the newly constructed Bloom Medical Office
Building on the campus of the Community General Osteopathic Hospital,
as well as the Fredricksen Outpatient Center, a state-of-the-art outpatient
clinical service center in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Means utilizes
her landscape architectural training and experience in land sales
and marketing. A large portion of her brokerage business is related
to raw land.
Ms.
Means graduated from Penn State University in 1982 and received
her Masters in Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban
Development from The American University in 1990. She obtained
her Landscape Architect license in 1996.
