Kurt A. Schenck, Realtor, is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates Ltd. and is responsible for industrial/commercial brokerage, leasing and development. Mr. Schenck represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial properties, as well as, the almost 6,000,000 square foot High portfolio.

Mr. Schenck began his real estate career in 2005 and has sold and leased property throughout Central Pennsylvania. He works diligently to ensure that all clients receive professional, courteous service to meet specific property and location requirements. With more than 18 years of diversified sales experience, Mr. Schenck is well versed in the sales and negotiating process to achieve exemplary results.

A graduated of Eastern Mennonite University, Mr. Schenck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Organizational Development. In Addition, Mr. Schenck has received his Certification to teach Secondary Education with an emphasis on Social Studies from Millersville University.

Mr. Schenck’s memberships and participation in real estate industry groups include the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Commercial & Industrial Council, Member of the Legislative Committee for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Partnership.
