Steven C. Brown is regional manager of High Associates Ltd.'s Charlotte, NC market. He and  his staff manage the 500,000-square-foot Charlotte office portfolio comprising three office parks — Quorum Business Park, Highland Business Park and Mallard Pointe, the firm’s newest Class-A office facility.

Mr. Brown began his real estate career in 1977 as broker/co-owner of a residential real estate firm in South Carolina which he operated for six years prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate. Mr. Brown has spent the last 22 years specializing in office building leasing and property management.

He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). He holds a B.S. degree from Clemson University in Building Construction.

Mr. Brown’s civic activities include Habitat for Humanity and the Boy Scouts of America.
