Kurt R. Engel, High Associates' Manager of Construction Services, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for the Construction Services team.  Specializing in the construction of new office space, facilities, and renovations to existing buildings, Mr. Engel’s management responsibilities include estimating, purchasing and the performance of all Construction Services’ projects.

In addition to construction management functions, Mr. Engel also oversees and manages High Associates' building maintenance staff and interior design staff.

Mr. Engel joined High Industries Inc. in 1983 as a carpenter for High Construction Company and was promoted in 1986 to service project coordinator.  He has also worked as estimator and project manager. In 1994 Mr. Engel was tapped to develop and lead the construction services group for High Associates. Each year since, High Associates' Construction Services team has grown under his leadership.

A coach of various youth sports teams and a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Mr. Engel holds a project management certification from Penn State University and is attending B.O.M.A. (Building Ordinance and Managers Association) classes.
