Linford (Lin) L. Good, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, is responsible for managing the brokerage activities of the sales/leasing team. The brokerage activities include selling or leasing industrial/commercial properties for corporations, private industries and individual investors. They also encompass all leasing activities for over 6 million square feet of the High family real estate portfolio. High Associates, under Mr. Good’s guidance and direction, achieves annual sales in excess of 100 million dollars.

Mr. Good began his real estate career in 1976 as a residential sales agent for High Realty Corporation. In 1978, he joined High Industries Inc. as a Realtor Associate for High Properties. Upon the formation of High Associates, he handled brokerage transactions, and in 1985, was named sales manager. He was promoted to vice president of sales and leasing in 1987 and senior vice president in 1997. Mr. Good was voted Commercial Broker of the Year in 2002 by the Commercial Industrial Council. In addition, he is the Broker of Record for High Associates.

Mr. Good currently serves on the board of directors for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) and on the board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Council and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Additionally, Mr. Good, is a member of Rotary International and participates in many community activities.
