Stephen L. Leibert is the regional manager at High Associates' Chester County office and Highlands Corporate Center in Coatesville, PA. He began his career in 1975 at a regional real estate development corporation in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout his career he has worked extensively in leasing and brokerage in southeastern PA. Prior to joining High Associates, he was employed as a mortgage broker at a regional commercial mortgage bank. Mr. Leibert joined the High Associates' team in 2002 with over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. He is a member of the TriState Commercial and Industrial Association of REALTORS® and the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Leibert is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council.
