Stephen L. Leibert is the regional manager at High Associates' Chester County office and Highlands Corporate Center in Coatesville, PA. He began his career in 1975 at a regional real estate development corporation in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout his career he has worked extensively in the leasing and brokerage fields in southeastern PA, most recently as a mortgage broker at a regional commercial mortgage banker. Mr. Leibert joined the High Associates' team in 2002 with over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. He is a member of the TriState Commercial and Industrial Association of REALTORS^® and the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce.
