NOW LEASING - PHASE II

This 285,000-square-foot community center, Phase I of which opened in the fall of 2010, is located in the heart of Lancaster County’s PA Dutch tourist and outlet marketplace. Phase I of the project is anchored by Kohl’s; Bed, Bath & Beyond; Christmas Tree Shops, Ross Dress For Less, and Shoe Carnival. Red Robin, our lead restaurant pad tenant, opened in April of 2011. Highmark Direct and Vision Works just opened. Saladworks and California Tortilla will be opening in late summer, 2011.

Phase II anchors, Staples and Petco, opened in July, 2011. There is one remaining anchor position available (10,000 -17,500 SF) and small shop space (1,000 - 7,500 SF) and a pad for a free-standing restaurant, retailer or financial institution.
