Michael J. Lorelli, Senior Vice President – Commercial Asset Management of High Associates Ltd., is responsible for the management of all the commercial/industrial real estate within the High real estate portfolio, totaling 6.4 million square feet. This portfolio is located in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida. Mr. Lorelli’s property management responsibilities include financial performance, physical condition, tenant relations, financings, lease management and project management from an ownership perspective on new construction projects and acquisitions.

In addition to asset management functions, Mr. Lorelli also oversees the operation of four departments of High Associates, including the Executive Offices at Greenfield Corporate Center and Rossmoyne Business Center, property management operations, property services, grounds, facility and renovation services. Total staffing of these departments is in excess of 60 people.

Mr. Lorelli joined High Associates in 1988 as the Development Analyst overseeing market research activities. In 1989 he assumed the role of Marketing/Development Coordinator which included his previous activities, as well as construction and development project management. In 1991, Mr. Lorelli assumed the role of Commercial Asset Manager for a portfolio of 60 buildings. In this role he performed both property management functions and financial analysis. In 1996, he was promoted to the position of Regional Manager, in 2002 he was promoted to Vice President – Commercial Asset Management and in 2007 he was promoted to his current role as Senior Vice President – Commercial Asset Management.

A graduate of Elizabethtown College, Mr. Lorelli holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing. Additionally Mr. Lorelli completed various courses at Franklin & Marshall College and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Lorelli’s memberships and participation in real estate industry groups includes the National Association of Realtors, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Additionally, he participates in real estate organizations and community service groups including Leadership Lancaster and United Way.

Mr. Lorelli is active in business and community activities through his leadership roles in various associations and organizations. Past service includes Leadership Lancaster, United Way serving as Coordinator of High Industries Inc. Employee Campaign, Fulton Opera House as a Fund Raising Person, March of Dimes as Golf Outing Chairman, and Chairperson of the Properties Committee and Chairman of the Golf Committee for the Boy Scouts of America.
